1. REGISTRATION FEE

• Registration deadline June 1, 2009 – 210 EUR
  (Postmarked after May 1, 2009)
  
• Early Bird – 190 EUR

• Student – 105 EUR (Must send a photocopy of student’s ID)
  
• Spouse/Guest Registration – 105 EUR

2. ACCOMMODATION - Hotel information

• STUDENTS HOTEL "Babilon" (Katowice, Krasińskiego Str.27B)
  (5 minute walk to the academy)
  - single room with bathroom 70 PLN
  - double room with bathroom 40 PLN (per person)
  
• HOTEL “ DIAMENT” *** (Katowice, Dworcowa Str. 9)
  (10 minute walk to the academy)
  - single room 220 PLN
  - double room 260 PLN
  - three-person room 330PLN

3. MEALS

• Breakfast, lunch, dinner & coffee breaks
